The entire project went perfectly. Serrano contractors was the lowest of several bids we sought, and they honored it exactly. Our new roof looks amazing, the quality of the installation was without flaw. The cleanup was immaculate. Our roof was even installed a few weeks earlier than initially scheduled, which is what we wanted. Alan was patient with my husband and I, and he answered all of our questions well. He was never pushy, and we always felt at ease in his presence. We score Alan an eleven out of a possible ten! Thank you Serrano contractors!

This company was phenomenal. From start to finish. We were able to get our whole roof replaced for almost nothing. Alan Serrano came out to do our inspection and enlightened us about the damage due to hail and wind. Alan was super helpful and patient walking us through the whole process with our insurance. Their whole team is efficient, communicative, punctual and professional. Highly recommendable company!
